1. Information We Collect
When you fill out our booking form or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, phone number, industry, and details about your business operations.
We measure visits to this site with Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. We set one cookie, wc_lang, only to remember the language you chose. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Schedule and hold your 30-minute call
- Understand where your team's hours go and which of that work we could automate
- Communicate with you about our services
- Deliver and manage automation services if you become a client
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. For clients, all business data processed by our automation systems remains your property. We act as a data processor on your behalf and maintain strict access controls.
Client data is stored and processed only within the European Union: our systems are hosted in Frankfurt and AI processing runs on Amazon Bedrock in an EU region. Client data is never used to train AI models. For every client we sign a data processing agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR, list every sub-processor that handles their data, and give notice before any change.
4. Client Data Ownership
WorkCut operates on a hybrid ownership model: you own your data, we own the automation engine. If you cancel your service, we provide a full export of your data and delete our copies within 30 days of your request.
5. Third-Party Services
Our automation systems may integrate with third-party services (e.g., your CRM, email provider, or scheduling tool) as part of delivering our service. We only access these systems with your explicit authorization and credentials.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for communications at any time
- Request a full data export
